Founded in 2013 by our current Managing Director, Col. V. K. Patyal (Retd.), Ex Black Cat Commando, we have moved fast to become an all-round security provider in northern Indian states of Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana & UT of Chandigarh.

 

The founding members of the team are the enthusiastic people like Mr.Aman Dhiman, Ms.Anjana Sharma, Mr.Raj Kumar, Mr.Ashish Chauhan, Mr.Ranjit Kumar Mr.Vishal Dhiman Mr. Virender and Sub.Balwant Singh.

Because of the untiring effort and dedication of the core team the company which started its operation with one guard on Sep 2013 has grown considerably and has become a force to reckon with in its size and strength of about 200 families joining it till date.

Supervision

Following procedure is adopted by us to ensure effective supervision

  • Visit by field officer at staggered schedule
  • Periodical visits by management staff
  • Time to time discussions with the client’s Security Officer.
  • We maintain a close liaison with the local police to ensure timely help should there be such a need

Staff Training

Before deputing a security guard at a particular location, we impart customized training as per the requirement of the location for a minimum of seven days at our training center along with basic concepts. We plan our training in consultation with Principal Employer / Client’s Security Offices so that we do not miss out on any security aspect for a particular location and to make sure that the service is discharged to the perfection.
